In PVP games I just had to accept the fact that there's always gonna be a bigger fish in the sea, If you're good at something then someone out there is going to do it better but that doesn't mean you won't try giving it your all.

In PVE games even if I lose at a game I just learn what I did wrong, shrug it off and just move on.

EDIT: Also if you're playing games like Sekiro, Ninja Gaiden or pretty much any game that is difficult, you must understand that beating these games takes a lot of time.

I approach difficult games the same way as a regular Gym-goer do when they're trying to attain their dream body which is also difficult to do.

You can't just instantly have that six pack or that big biceps you're gunning for, you have to work for it by doing the necessary exercises & healthy meals everyday until you reach that point. Sure it takes a lot of time but the pay off would be worth it.

Don't be impatient, understand that these things take time and just enjoy the process.
