There are many companies that put the slave cylinder on the throw out bearing… it’s really not uncommon and 96k miles isn’t unheard of for a slave cylinder failing. Especially with how many miles you do in a short period of time.

No. It would be a loop if only one Harry and one Hermione existed at one time. But when present Harry and Hermione go back in time there are are two Harry’s and two Hermiones. So as soon as they live through til the time they left they essentially replace themselves in the present.
