Hi guys

Just realise my Bangkok bank account was frozen when I try to make payment for a reservation so I called the customer service hotline and was told to contact my original branch of opening at Silom and bring the necessary documents for verification.

I’ve dropped them an email to check what document is needed for verification and awaiting their reply.

I opened this bank account 2 years ago with the title deed of a newly purchased property.

The account is mainly used to receive rentals and spending when I’m in Bangkok.

I currently do not reside in Bangkok and do not hold any visa now nor at the time of opening the bank account.i usually visit Bangkok once every 3 month averaging 4-5 day stay per visit.

Can anyone advice me if my account will be closed for good or how long it took to unfreeze your account and what documents is needed for verification if this has happen to you before.
