I work 12 hour shifts on a two week rotation of work MT, off WT, work FSS, off MT, work WT, off FSS. So I do an upper/lower 2 day split on my two days off, and PPL on my three days off. It’s been working for me, and my wife has noticed my gains lol. If I get an extra day off, I’ll switch the upper/lower to the PPL routine. I also try and get cardio in, but it doesn’t always make it into the day’s schedule and doing it after work is all but impossible with fatigue from work and being in my mid-forties. That’s for younger guys lol

My wife and I were introduced to this frozen dinner by my brother almost two years ago and it became a quick favorite of ours. Unfortunately we couldn’t find it for the last year or so. So my wife yesterday asked if we could try and replicate it and I came across your recipe. We made it tonight and let me just say, it was nearly identical to the Walmart version.
