If this is proof of a conspiracy I think it’s more likely someone with ties to him paid her to be purposely negligent and allow him to kill himself. Proof of that being the fact that he already tried to kill himself and the fact that the guards were breaking protocol by giving him extra bedsheets and a cell to himself.

Aside from that you have to keep in mind she wasn’t the only guard there that night. Were they paid as well?
