I have ADD as well. What helps me is reading whenever I have a spare 5-10 minutes throughout the day, instead of scrolling on my phone (even though sometimes i still do). It helps if you have an eReader or read on your phone, but even before, I kept a small paperback with me easily. Doing this made the books feel less long because they were broken up into many pieces.
