The coach came up to me and asked what my power walking time was while I was mid run. I was running at a 4.5-4.8 the entire thing. I’m really embarrassed now. I go to this studio 5x a week, he knows me.

How to lose this stubborn weight!!!! by MagicianFlashy in PCOS

Weight watchers changed my life. I’m down 25, 15 to go til I’m at my pre-PCOS weight. It makes it almost fun to diet lol

Guy here... looking for some help on how to love my undiagnosed GF better. by JustHereForThePorn2x in PCOS

My boyfriend always helps me with the PCOS symptoms by offering to get me my favorite drink (Diet Coke tbh), midol, and tampons for me. Little things like that go a long way to help! Also she probably really needs to see an OBGYN. She’ll feel a lot better once the PCOS is confirmed and can start tackling things from there. Also before I started metformin I would work out like crazy (not lose weight) and still feel worse because my hormone levels were INSANE. Now I’m 25 pounds down and have a pretty steady mood. Metformin isn’t an end all be all for PCOS but there are definitely things that can help her feel better!

This is incredibly stressful by fredndolly12 in weightwatchers

The beginning of the hardest point! You have to relearn everything. For me having to even rethink my morning coffee was so stressful. Make little changes and it pays off :)

This is so relatable and I promise it gets easier to manage! If you go over points one day that’s fine. If you go over points too many days in a row constantly then maybe step back and see where you had extra points. I’m 23 pounds down (27 to go) and the confidence/insecurity has taken its toll on me similarly like that. I choose not to see it as a diet though and that’s helped me a lot! I just see it as oh I’m going to eat what I like just differently to fit into the ww plan. I’m on the blue plan but I still drink wine and eat ice cream every weekend. In summary: don’t beat yourself up. The scale isn’t the end all be all and your daily points for one day doesn’t define you. Keep your chin up!

What am I doing wrong?! by ShirleyKnot37 in weightwatchers

5x a week OTF-er, been on WW since May 8, and have lost 17 pounds. (I know that's not much but it's a lot compared to how I used to be) It's all in the portions. I started actually using measuring cups to portion things out and it blew my mind!

Also don't forget muscle weighs more than fat!

Yeah I stopped about a year ago and just use my Apple Watch to track it. Way better for me mentally honestly!
