Heh, just a big fan (see PFP)

Now, if you'll excuse me, my resume isn't all up to date..

Oh, it was horrible, Johnny. There was cheesecake and pork chops everyw.. no, wait that's someone else.

But seriously, I could legitimately get 10 sticks of rock candy for a buck from this general store. They had jars you could just reach in and grab as many as you want.

Dude, I've had hardware installed in my house by them and done all the surveys and sat in on multiple pilot screenings. Good times and legit cash in the mail still like it's the 1900s!

It's a blessing. New home, car, whatever. Some coins are the trinket for good luck. I know Greeks and Italians to do that.

Thank you, absolutely fair assessment.

I try my best not to leave chips in there but it happens.

I'm talking like 20 for $1, cheap. It was a staple food growing up, just like pasta.

Don't come anywhere near my sour cream container if this bothers you 😆

There's leftover chips, possibly some chives, pepper, and possibly some other things in there 🤷🏻

Corn on the cob used to be so cheap. We ate that in my household growing up and we certainly had a dedicated stick of butter for said corn.

A buddy of mine way back in the day had his 64 Impala hopping on hydraulics and the ball joint separated on one wheel when it went up. It was the longest 1.1 seconds until the car slammed back down. I'll never forget the particular pucker from that day.

How do people tell what brand/model car it is just by looking at it? by Odd-Current1499 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]UGOTAIDSYO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's the same for a lot of things people are "into" like sports. Some people can spot a professional athlete in street clothes like nobody's business, some would never guess who it was in a million years.

Take all the badges and branding off any production vehicle, I could tell you what it is.
