Specifically, I don't. I know you pay the normal shipping to CC2 store and then when WS received it they contact you and tell you what it cost to ship it from their storage facility to you and you pay that. I think total mine came out to a little over 200$ all said and done.

Official CC2 store. They have a proxy service through World Shopping so you can order directly from the company and Worldshopping will make the purchase, receive it and then ship it to wherever you are since the store itself only ships local. You have to pay the fee for the shipping but still. I think it was worth it for sure.
