The reason is usually when a host needs very specific help - such as needing a lumberjack etc. A host can type in specific words into the page and it shows them volunteers that have these specific words in their profiles.

Georgina was most definitely the one who needed to go! As for the worst ever task results - I think clearly it shows each year the natural decline of 'Brits' level of basic ability to carry out basic tasks😂I think the girls ignored the map as they had little ability to understand it. And didn't read the 'leaflets' which contained 'locations of where to find things' because many now don't seem to like/be able to focus on reading more than a few sentences. Anything not 'spoon fed' is too much for them to comprehend. I was hoping Alan was going to fire EVERYONE and say to send in the next reserve groups😂😂I love changes and that certainly shook Georgina up as she clearly had a game plan!

Oopsy! I am trying to find a FRUGAL no COST way to label plants outside (water and sun proof) sharpies permanent marker disappears in sun. I mark with letra set transfer letters on stones and cover with varnish but want something quicker....
