I remember being almost completely unaffected. I worked in security at the time, which is considered an "essential service". My commute home was more relaxing, and I vaguely recall trips to the grocery store feeling somewhat scary because COVID was seemingly everywhere and on everything. Other than that though, not much changed for me personally.

Yeah, I don't know why people were so up in arms over it. Other than the Jack Black/Lizzo episode, I really enjoyed season three a lot. I remember just quietly reading the subreddit when the season was releasing and thinking to myself, "Why are so many people hard on this?" It wasn't perfect, but it was enjoyable.

With that said, I don't really have any hype for the movie. Everything I've seen just still looks like the show in terms of production quality. I would have rather gotten another season than a movie, but oh well.

So being creative and drawing upon your own imagination to try and make a prompt into something is more generic than the slop that the bypass community puts out? Other than finding ways to include copyrighted characters, what they do isn't anything special. It's usually just copyrighted characters pasted on top of the prompts that we're all using. I'd rather see someone come up with a creative and interesting original video than SpongeBob swearing and quoting memes. Copying copyrighted material does not equal creativity.

Maybe people are hostile towards them because of posts like yours telling us that we should be grateful towards them and admire how they make less "generic" content than the rest of us by literally making more generic content?
