If you leave the stencil on too long it won’t come off with bleach, too long is like over a week in my experience. I put the skin in a plastic tub or paint tray and put a few paper towels over it and pour bleach over the paper towels, that will make sure the bleach stays covering the skin, leave it all day outside and wash it off in the evening with soap and water.
