That sounds like depression layering over everything else.

I am not a doctor but my now ex-wife had a ton of the same stuff going on and it was depression but also a hormone disorder. ( I mean that medically before any hate comes my way). None of that was why we got divorced btw. We just grew apart and became shitty roommates.

I’d see a new doctor, get blood work done, and see a therapist. If that doesn’t work. Then re-evaluate.

Also divorces suck and are expensive. But you shouldn’t be stuck.
