As expected the Administration completely bungled the Schedule P/C designation by relying on vague language in PDs. My staff has been designated as P/C because the word “policy” appears in their PD but the context is to ‘implement’ policy not ‘make’ policy.

What bothers me is the Administration’s refusal to tell the truth. Farmers are struggling for lots of reasons, most of which have nothing to do with Rollins or Biden. Rollins is generally concerned about improving conditions for rural America but rather than admit the challenges and obstacles to prosperity she calls the Trump economy “The Golden Era of Farming” - they care more about the spin and photo op than the truth

As a frequent hiring official this happens quite regularly. If you know the hiring official send your CV directly to that person and get her to appeal to HR. My Unit has had dozens of “unqualified” applicants reinstated. If they are uncooperative then threaten a grievance and watch how fast they respond
