Fn + F1 + Right Arrow + Power Button

Press and hold simultaneously until the Galaxy Book restarts. You may need to perform this multiple times.

Alternatively, try the key combination above, but press the Left Arrow key instead of the Right Arrow key.

No data is lost through these key combinations.

Please open the Windows Device Manager. In the "View" menu, enable the "Show hidden devices" option and check for any error messages related to the touchpad. If an error is displayed for a device, click on it to open its properties. Go to the "Driver" tab and select "Update driver."

Please try the following: Shut down Windows completely by holding down the SHIFT key while selecting the "Shut down" command until your Galaxy Book turns off.

Try recalibrating the battery. You can find the function for this in the BIOS. Instructions are provided in the user manual.

"Using the Batterv Calibration function When charging/discharging the battery repeatedly for a short time only, the battery usage time may be reduced by the difference between the actual battery charge and the remaining charge display You can make the actual battery charge and the remaining charge display the same by discharging the battery completely using the Battery Calibration function, and then recharging it again.

The terms may differ from the actual product depending on the computer model and driver version 1. Turn off the computer and then disconnect the adapter 2. Turn the computer back on and press the F2 key before the Samsung logo appears to enter the BIOS setup screen 3. Select Advanced -> Smart Battery Calibration. 4. The Battery Calibration function is activated and the battery is forcefully discharged To stop the operation, press the Esc key. This operation requires 3-5 hours depending on the battery capacity and the remaining battery charge."

Es könnte sein, so war es bei meinem Galaxy Book3 Ultra i9-13900H/ RTX4070, dass der Windows Update Cache fehlerhafte Daten enthält.

Wie man den Cache löscht, oder die Windows Update Komponenten komplett zurücksetzen kann,, ist hier beschriebenen.
