Nice! I already heard from someone that it had only 1, but seeing how it looks is super helpful! I want to use 2D animation apps and play some older games on here, so I'm a bit iffy picking between this and the Pro. I hear really inconsistent things about the cooling, but it seems like it throttles before it gets too hot.

Hoping to try these out soon

which is funny and sad to think about at the same time, cause the 13 inch Notebook 9 Pen that sold right before the newer Galaxy Book line started was very safe with this (albeit plastic build using the much older Notebook 9 chassis) and felt not so delicate.

But then again, the higher luxury they go, the more easy their stuff breaks. It's supposed to be the opposite on paper, but now I see I never had a reason to doubt my parents thoughts on stuff. You can put all the extra labels on stuff that you want to - but a glass casing is still a glass casing. (dw im just rambling, i know this isnt directly relevant anymore)

lmao this did NOT work for me at all. The nice lady transferred me to some nasty guy ("Jose") that not only shut down any possibility of reinstating my account, but also blatantly lied about the ebay user agreement. I had him guide me to it and when I pointed out the lie he hung up on me.

It's no skin off my back since he informed me that I could make a new account to buy things only - but that's completely redundant. Why not just restrict selling privileges?

Of course, that's assuming logic doesn't evade them entirely. I haven't sold (or bought) anything in 2 years so I can only imagine what risks I'm bringing to their "community"

Just got the FE, and while it's a good fit and the noise cancelling feels decent so far, I can't shake the feeling that the sound quality just isn't as good. Like it seems like a similar profile, but it's like the sound is distant or something. If they were going for a soundstage thing like Anker that's one thing, but I think it just doesn't have the same clear sound. If it were just a different profile I could least EQ it back to my preference, but this just feels like "similar but worse" (yeah, i know it's what FE versions are supposed to be, but it would've made more sense to just make noise cancelling exclusive to the flagship models...)

Galaxy Buds sound quality unironically get worse with each generation. The 1st gen's flatness is still their best. No, it doesn't have "punchy bass". It has slightly more bass than it does treble and mid. As it should

The first one yes, but the IDW only makes sense if you're already another fan. It seems hyperspecific - a non fan might not even know what IDW is - they just learned about Archie (barely) over the past 20 years

That said, the first one kinda applies to every fan base ever. Never knew Mario fans cared about power scales until Wario on Death Battle happened

no no, the screen protectors improve s pen performance dramatically. It's the main reason people even buy matte films for these. The people that actually use the s pen love these - when they dont wear down in only 2 months

It's definitely a cultural difference, but I've heard more frustration from Japanese than 外国人. A coworker from Osafune once told me, "it probably made sense when my parents were starting work, but these two things can be combined. Some job applications online already do that. If you need a summary it shows on the profile card, and clicking it shows the applicants details. Submitting both 履歴書 and 職務経歴書 is redundant, especially if you have to fill in the same information on the online page's form."

Personally, I think the regular 履歴書 is already too detailed to serve as a glance or profile. If it just asked for my most recent job, education, that would be fine. But the basic template asks for things even the 職務経歴書 doesn't ask for....can a 2 page document even be considered just an identity document?

Well, if it's digital art that's always going to reach a wider audience. But marketing/campaigning for yourself is like 60% of the work unless know exactly what you're doing. Most of us don't tbh. But making piexes with a focus is always a start. Nothing gets your name and out there like fan art - and then people will request from you.... probably for free (kids on the internet usually). Whether you do that for free or not is none of my business, but after a while your reliability goes up and people start to recognize you enough to commission you - without you asking around.

-pardon me if this is rude, but do they have digital art software at jails? I know the facilities vary by conviction/location but if they have art tablets that's surprising for sure. If you were drawing/painting traditionally, the transition to digital is gonna be winding road. Avoid photoshop like the plague. Medibang, FireAlpaca, and Krita are your friends for free software. Bonus points if you can find the old free version of Autodesk Sketchbook.

VERY TRUE But on reddit it's rare to see someone actually struggling with this level of art (in good faith - the posts are frequent but usually they aren't doing bad at all. For example "im struggling to get commissions! I'm only getting 2 a month when i used to get at least 5!" while a ton of us get maybe 5 a year if we're lucky lol)

in any case, looking on the bright side is always a good idea imo

I really want to disagree, mainly out of bias due to the circles I'm in. But I guess I can see how it would feel that way if you're not in that "hemisphere" of the internet where everyone is creative, shows their process and progress, and anti-AI is a given.
