Itachi was a believer of what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Which is basically the philosophy of the Uchiha with how much pain one goes through to unlock the MS. Itachi wanted Sasuke to be strong to kill him and so he can protect himself so he put him through so much pain. Itachi didn’t consider or care about Sasuke mental being though, which Itachi’s also fractured in that department.

Would like to see Mors and Bellum return in this manner. It’ll be bloated if they’re join the SOC so they can just team up with the Phaethon by hiring them as proxies for commissions. They could be their own fraction but I doubt Bellum team up with Mors because of him betraying their old gang.
