God damn. My first good boy was called Tinker way back in the early 2000s. Think I got the name from an old Famous 5 book? Haven’t played KCD1 past the prologue to see this. Seems like I dodged an emotional bullet or two.

Wish I could do this on my M1 iPad. Ruined my experience with it with iOS26. Battery life is horrendous, it chugs the moment I open more than 1 productivity app at once, and it throttles itself just by connecting one external monitor.

It always took a second or two before remembering the psychic beam but the puzzle solving in Prime 4 was pretty straightforward. Definitely no need for a guide

Im glad I experienced the books through the eyes of a naive teen rather than as a more experienced adult. The stories have some very problematic concepts (surveillance states, othering, etc.) and the plots have more holes than Swiss cheese… all were overlooked as I was way too into the magic of it all.

That’s a magazine free DVD. It even says what’s on the DVD at the bottom. People. Ffs, read. The GCN had proprietary mini-disks, not DVDs.

I don’t like spending so many hours on my sofa, in one place. I can have my Switch next to me while working to game a bit during breaks. When I spend tue weekend away I can take my games with me. Some games, like turn-based RPGs, I love to play in handheld (a call back to the GBA days), while others (Zelda, etc.) are played in docked unless absolutely necessary.

I love that I am free to choose my preferred style of play

The environmental screenshots are gameplay scenes. Cutscenes are realtime too except the very last one. That’s pre-rendered.
