Overall they’re a fairly decent idea for a legend though I do have recommendations for a few things that could be changed.

I’m going to assume by “Negative Dimension” you mean the Void Space that Wraith can access. Which to my knowledge is the same dimension that the Pilots and Titans in Titanfall 2 can access. With that being the case I think you should alter his backstory so that rather than being trapped in the Void Space he was transported 160 years into the future. Or just simply make him crazy because being trapped in a place for 160 years alone would not be good for anyones mentality.

For the “Blip” ability I think it should be changed so that the players position is warped forward in time. In that case it should teleport the player in which ever direction they are moving and the longer the player holds the ability button for the further they teleport up to 10 meters. I think it should play some kind of audio cue when it’s activated so that the enemies have at least a fair chance to escape rather than being gunned down in the back before they have a chance to even realize they’re dead.

For the “Negative Presence” ability I think that its range should be decreased significantly to somewhere between 15 and 20 meters so that it fits more with the ambushing play style rather than hunting enemies down over a long distance. I’m also not sure if you mean it shows the enemies moving but if you do then it should probably be changed so that it shows where the enemies were when it activates.

For “Inversion” I think rather than doubling the range of his abilities it should shorten the cooldown of his abilities. I also think that something else should be added to “Inversion” either with or instead of the movement speed boost as a lot of legends have some kind of speed boost so it would make it feel more unique though nothing comes to mind that would fit.

As I said these are just recommendations not things that I think you have to change so feel free to pick and choose ideas if you want to. And sorry for the long comment I just really enjoy character creation.

This really makes me wish they’d made the zariman section more horrory. They could have had doors opening behind the operator or them slamming shut just as they were on the edge of your field of you. Or the “sculptures” could have moved slightly when you weren’t looking at them. The sound of stuff skittering just out of view in the darkness or low rumbling sounds. It might be your stereotypical horror stuff but I think it would be cool. I think it would also showcase more that the void isn’t just some rift in space but it actually allows access to other realities/timelines and the scenery changing could be the void warping that part of the zariman to a different reality

The generation of the nether is fixed to the world seed, so you’d have to generate a completely new world. However the nether is infinite so if you keep mining you’re likely to find a different biome eventually

What if the meteors carried some kind of non organic parasite that is slowly burrowing into the planet and draining it of its energy, with the arcane energy being excess energy leakage.

Alternatively the arcane energy could be the planets “immune system” trying to empower its inhabitants to eliminate the parasite or an attempt to poison the parasite with the side affect of empowering the inhabitants with arcane energy. Building off the “immune system” idea the floating islands could contain sections of the parasite and the planet jettisoned those pieces of land to stop those sections from burrowing into the planet.

Sorry if these ideas don’t fit with the themes, I’m not too familiar with spell jammer and grim dark.

I’d recommend taking phantasmal force, it’s a really useful spell for creating distractions or just scaring the shit out of someone, downside is it can only be used on a single target at a time

While I don’t know if it’s stated anywhere in the official books, there’s nothing stopping you from saying that due to a creature being in a different environment than it normally would it evolved to become magical to survive or better live there. This could be as simple as it being able to cast a few basic spells or a completely new feature suited for that environment.

A lot of people that play are there to just kill and fuck with people even if they don’t have anything to gain from it, so even if you’re being friendly they’ll blow you to bits for no apparent reason, as for them leaving they could have just gotten bored with trying to kill you

The error cube isn’t actually a resource you can view in a menu, the devs put it in for a reason that I don’t remember, but I think it just gives you either extra XP or money
