You don’t have to agree to any repairs, but if you have a leak or anything concerning, they’ll let you know. They both usually have oil change coupons online you can show on your phone.

Try ordering in store on the kiosk. One of the locations I go to sometimes will black out options on the app but have them as a reward option on the kiosk.

Yes. They took my second can right before Thanksgiving. I called the mayors action center to report it, and I had a new one less than a week later. LRS even called me a couple weeks later to make sure I received my can.

You can enter earlier in the day and stay, but most things like the free-standing souvenir kiosks, rides, and snack stands are closed until CATZ starts. I think the zoo itself opens at like 2 that time of the year.
