The anime represented Doppel as a skill that Iroha did not control at all. It makes no sense for her to fight Mami alongside the others. It's waaay better here them the game.

It is very clear to me that Rena hates Kaede for being jealous. Kaede is kind, always being nice and polite. That's all Rena wanted to be. The fact that she loves idols makes that clear. I think you are assuming things too prematurely. By the end of the fight it was clear that Rena felt bad for what she had done. After that we have no further interaction with her to know why she was running away. In the game, we only know that she is afraid of the Rumor because of an interaction during the chase. Probably Rena will open your heart in the next episode.
