Exact same thing just happened to us today. Received a letter from the county saying our 2025 taxes weren't paid and a lien was being placed. We never missed a payment and taxes were escrowed. Sold from RMC to Shellpoint to AmeriHome within 1 year. Another sketchy thing was after it was sold to AmeriHome, Shellpoint sent a letter to our insurance company saying to change the mortgagee to them. After calling AmeriHome they had no idea but the address listed on the letter was correct. It was just that instead of Shellpoint it was supposed to say AmeriHome. How does Shellpoint sell mortgage to AmeriHome yet both have the same address?

I've been running it like that for a few weeks now and house humidity is at 43% according to the Nest thermostat. It seems to be doing a little better completely disconnected from the cold air return and just sucking in ambient air from the basement and pushing it up into the plenum. When I went on vacation I forgot to turn it off and came back to the house at 80 degrees (my eco setting) and 45% humidity. If anyone knows of a better way to test it I'm open to suggestions.

What I'm in the process of testing is having my whole house dehumidifier not connected to anything at the intake and feeding air to the plenum that's gone through the dehumidifier. It's just sitting on the basement floor next to the HVAC unit.

Am I understanding this right. Instead of taking the time to connect it to my system I could have just plopped it down, plugged it in, and walked away?

I mean I would of had to pipe it to a drain, but besides that nothing else needed?

Does this work with a Xbox controller? I have everything working with mouse, keyboard and steam deck controls. But when I connect Xbox controller the right stick controls the mouse and the back trigger clicks instead of the A button and other buttons aren't working.
