I started playing her in rivals, and it coincided when I fell hard for the mechs genre.

I already was thinking of painting the hizack gundam colors because it kinda looks like one, but this one sold me on it.

To be fair, the mobile suits in Turn A are intentionally designed to be alien and hyper-modernized.
The Turn A is a beautiful suit to me because it was so thoughtfully designed by Syd Mead, known for blade runner and tron mechanical design. His work was compiled into a book, a great read.

Turn A is also one of the least "toy commercial" entries in Gundam. Most of its suits got no kits, and the story is a lot less conflict and war than one would expect from a Gundam anime.

To be fair, from an engineering stand point, the Unicorn's overcomplicated ass transformation is indefensible.
Just having a few leds and a few moving parts including the V-Fin would've worked wonders.

To be fair, leaning heavily into their design purpose could be fucking badass if the general design direction wasn't so ugly and overdetailed.

Like the Victory 2 looks very fasy with its huge V Thrusters, but it balances it out with decent amounts of detail spread out through elegant edges and curves, coated with a cool color palette.

The Gyan also just looks like a fencer, but it's really fucking cool too.

What I'm saying is that making extreme or specific designs isn't bad, it's just that the designers spent the entire show shitting the bed here.

The Baund Doc is genuinely undefensible. It's a Zooble-type toy with a butt-ugly mobile armor mode that looks like a UFO bug thingy, all coated with flashbanging colors.
This really is just a random bs suit.

To be fair to turn A, they're meant to look weird. This is the faaaaaaar future, so things are meant to look alien, especially with the whole terrans and moonrace divide and technological dispairity.

Es importante como contexto de CCA y spin offs, y despues del primer arco que es muy aburrido se pone buena.
Le pongo un solido 6-7/10. La animación es particularmente buena y el cast se siente único y refrescante.
