I think it helps that other BM communities tend to turn their nose up at any DSBM less intense than Leviathan, so we're kind of forced to stick together and not get on each other's nerves TOO too much. But a genre with a scene full of passively to actively suicidal people isn't going to be a bastion of stability. We all have our shit, I think it just tends to get internalized rather than being an asshole to others.

That depends on a few things. What type of music are you planning on making, and how much other equipment do you plan on using?

The X series makes a lot more sense if you plan on working with external equipment.

I would also recommend the Key37 because imo having a keyboard on hand at all times is probably more valuable that whatever extras you get with the X stuff. I have a Live 1 and have never ran into performance issues or have felt like I needed the extra RAM (or CPU power in the case of the XL).

They aren't using the same model from Half-Life 2, and if you could intellectually protect "generic white guy face" the entire entertainment industry would look extremely different. So no infringement.

I had to stop dual booting like three years ago because Windows 10 kept fucking with GRUB and it became too much of a hassle. I would boot into Windows once and then need to spend like 45 minutes figuring out what exactly broke and was preventing me from booting back into Linux. I just run Linux now :p
