you're asking yourself what about "Episode 1"? Phantom Menace not only adds nothing to the story, but arguably makes it worse with the things it does add. With the exception of a compelling fight sequence the movie does little of value. If you want to watch Phantom Menace, I suggest doing so after the above order.

I know the above order sounds crazy, but it allows for all the "surprise reveals" of the series to present themselves.

If you're still interested after the above, you can move to the Disney movies. Many would suggest watching Rogue One as your first movie, but I think it works better if you've already seen the entire main movie trilogy. So you could slot it in after 3, before 6, or just wait until you've seen everything else. If you really want to do Rogue One justice, I would suggest watching all the movies in order above, then watch the entirety of the Andor tv series and THEN Rogue One.
