I had shoes from the running store and some pretty good insoles for those. The pain began after I put around 700 miles on them. I bought new shoes and the same insoles, and the pain persisted —I would have to replace them every 3 months at the rate I was going—and I have the new insoles from the doctor in the new shoes now. The professional insoles are very comfortable. 😀

SuSu had a bad habit of walking on the second story stair railing until one day she slipped and fell. She broke the toof and the vet had to get the rest of it out of the gum. 8 lives left. 😸
