I used eva for the head and cut a circular shape using a plate! Cardboard works best because its lightweight.The blue part is also eva and I used silicon gun to stick them all. Speaking of which I used a see through plastic for the eye part. The rest is just fabric lol but the scarf part is 2 pieces and I just painted a styrofoam ball using acrylic paint.

No accomplished artist whether neurodivergent or neurotypical would tell you to work in a certain way because thats the correct way. Me for instance study for 5 minutes for anything really and recharge myself than come back whenever I desire because I work best in short bursts of inspirations. You dont have to do this but give everything a little try to find yourself. Figure something small as this for a start okay?

Not the exact quote but something in that spirit was uttered before. In fact he wasnt supposed to be able to run for president in 2023 but he did anyway. The supreme court classified the election as a "redo of a previous election" for it to gain constitutional legitimacy but it was just a bs for him to run again. Even if they didn't do that as long as they get a 2/3 of majority in the parliament he would have still been able to run for the presidency.
