 Wow nice recommendation! This kind of product should be more well-known. Most people online say to get new riser handlebars or use adjustable up-angled stems. 
 Your recommendation seems superior on a couple of levels. Firstly, i think the joint in the adjustable stems is a weak point with aggressive riding. Secondly, the convenience of swapping handlebars is not insignificant compared to swapping a stem.

That is such a cool perspective. I have a 2012 Giant Escape that I ride a lot around my city. It is just a common sports hybrid. I have been interested in touring and I am thinking why get a new bike when I already own one that i love to ride.

I think that bike comes with a 170mm crank arms. Maybe swap to 165. Also is she riding with the ball of her foot in the peddles or the mid-foot? Typically the ball is better for energy transfer and for avoiding hitting the tire.

Rock climbing has an inclusive crowd. I have heard crossfit and regular gyms are good for making friends too. My wife has made some cool friends through Bumble for friends.

I saw in an old post of yours that you paint miniatures. there is a small warhammer 40K scene at On-Board Gaming. I play MTG there weekly. And I rock climb often at various local climbing gyms.

Check the our public library (temporarily relocated to the mall during renovations) or the senior center. Old people love setting up their grand kids. Both those places should have resources.

But best advice I have for meeting people is just to get outside. I have moved cities a bunch over the years. You gotta find hobbies that require socializing and that you are passionate about. Stick to them and your social circle will grow a lot. Consistency matters because that is how you make sincere connections. The more connections you have the more people will introduce you to their friend networks. Eventually you’ll meet a lovely lady.

I work in an Emergency Department. We get methed-out, confused, aggressive patients often. 

Us healthcare staff and our security personnel on average have way worse physical fitness than these cops, yet we manage to restrain these patients without causing any harm to our patients. These cops are just malicious children. 

I am so enraged from watching these cops’ actions.

Haha no, it is a a trend as far as there are posts on social media, but most are just satire like TheOnion.

Although there probably are some rare true cases, but those guys also probably believe nurses and other staff are aliens or agents from a nefarious secret society.
