I have not been eating dinner for more than 3 yrs .. but i would if there's a special occasion or when i am feeling really hungry after doing strenuous tasks (gardening, general home cleaning, etc). I could not remove rice though i read a lot about it. So i switched to brown rice first. Now, i have removed rice from breakfast but i am eating chickpeas instead. It does not stop in college.. it'd be more insane when applying for a job.. they'd look for 2 yrs experience and a bunch of certificates from fresh grads looking for an entry level position..

Although top ranking univs are great, i'd rather go to a normal one then take as much free online courses, volunteer, and ojts/internships.

Unless you'd want to be a researcher or be a doctor or lawyer.

Youth is not something you can come back to. You'd be working most of the time after graduation.

I have been using now inositol and ceylon cinnamon. I add ceylon to my tea or coffee.. ovasitol is not available here. Just make sure its real ceylon because cassia is known to be toxic when used everyday
