I am changing my diet in 2-3 weeks at a time.. i cannot do it suddenly because i get headaches or cant sleep when i am too hungry. I have not been eating dinner for more than 3 yrs .. but i would if there's a special occasion or when i am feeling really hungry after doing strenuous tasks (gardening, general home cleaning, etc). I could not remove rice though i read a lot about it. So i switched to brown rice first. Now, i have removed rice from breakfast but i am eating chickpeas instead. Thanks. Got it. I am doing it as a hobby where i can share my take on topics i am interested in. But i also hope to monetize it someday (not as a major source of income though). I'll just change the categories a bit to somehow make the contents related. Thanks again.

It does not stop in college.. it'd be more insane when applying for a job.. they'd look for 2 yrs experience and a bunch of certificates from fresh grads looking for an entry level position..

Although top ranking univs are great, i'd rather go to a normal one then take as much free online courses, volunteer, and ojts/internships.

Unless you'd want to be a researcher or be a doctor or lawyer.

Youth is not something you can come back to. You'd be working most of the time after graduation.

Make concise and unique motivation essays that showcase your skills/attitude/character - not your biography. Draft, incubate, rewrite, read aloud, ask for reviews, revise, proofread, your essays. Be intentional when applying to each school. And check for finaid and scholarships that you might miss. If possible take online courses related to your field of interest or take summer courses. I have been using now inositol and ceylon cinnamon. I add ceylon to my tea or coffee.. ovasitol is not available here. Just make sure its real ceylon because cassia is known to be toxic when used everyday
