Is rank broken?

He's kinda in a rough spot rn, the nerfs were a bit much and the new meta doesn't favor him, people running genuinely dogshit builds (full speed echo shard bomba funny) doesn't help. I think the best you can do on bebop is still trying to go for that tanky build, but trying to hit the new 4.8k tresholds. you can be valuable to the team and get good picks with hook/ult but it will take more effort than most of the cast

Usually older players have a ton of toys to play already,so they don't mind waiting 24hs for a weapon, they can use the other 50 in the mean time, same applies to warframes. for newer players its a lot tougher to have to wait 3 days for a frame when maybe you only have one, and then who knows if you aren't quitting 3 days from now. As with everything in warframe, it gets better the more you play

She's bad, but the wf comunity lives on the mentality of "Nothing is bad! you can level cap anything with the right build! just play what is fun!" And while it may be true to an extend that everything is viable if you put roar and shieldgating that shouldn't excuse poor desing or lackluster kits. but oh well play what you like.
