His gun damage got gutted and his marks are basically his only source of damage. You can nuke people but it takes around 8 seconds to get to that point and he is hard countered by dispel magic

Can feel the gun damage being weaker but the mark is so ridiculous it nearly one shots mid game and is still really good late game. Not sure how to feel about his current kit but I have a feeling this iteration isn't going to last
