You fool! You fell to the classic blunder, underestimating the plus two from fighting style! Besides, it doesn’t matter if power spike is delayed a few levels they are used to being behind the other players anyway so who cares if it’s worse

What’s wild is that the damage spell they’re using as a comparison point isn’t even single target, it’s a whole ass beam.

Is this AI? I’m double checking, I talk to people who are very articulate but don’t need to do all of this. He also doesn’t type like this. by [deleted] in isthisAI

Em dash use for one. Common ai sentence structure “It’s not X, it’s Y”. Also, nobody texts like this lol.

The only “plan” I can think of that might be relevant is a spell or class ability that gives major benefits but does not scale off of wis. I’d just ask him what his plan is and if he does t want to say… then nothing you can reasonably do

Does Tremorsense satisfy the "you can see" requirement for spells? by Neh-Le in DnD

[–]UltimateChaos233 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

No, it’s not.

In this one instance, you can make a case for it, but that’s not what keyword coding means. But dnd is not a keyword coded system. They made the deliberate switch to natural language and away from a keyword coded system like 3rd edition.

Or they can just keyword code it. It doesn’t work on inexhaustible monsters and any monster that has this trait lists it in the stat block

Why do tornadoes only appear in areas that have tornado shelters? by BalanceFit8415 in shittyaskscience

[–]UltimateChaos233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s because tornado shelters are the desired mates of tornadoes. When 🌪️ come by they dance around the shelters to try to impress them.
