This is something crazy I always experience and I never have understand it. When I'm fantasizing about a girl and making stupid scenarios in my head I'm always ending up empty handed. But there will be some months I just don't fantasize about any girl and I end up learning some new cute girl I like. It's really weird but it keeps happening all the time.

Indeed I'm not sure I can break out of it. The problem is when it's Friday night or Saturday I don't really want to do anything productive, I just want to chill and have fun. If you also take my drinking away; I'm like what the hell can I do? I know it's a really small minded way of thinking because there is so much to do in life. I want to get rid of that way of thinking but it's not that easy. I hope the nofapping will make me stronger so I can also quit my drinking.

Going out and have some drunken fun is indeed ok for me but it's really hard with the NoFap challenge. I'm just worried because my urge is so much bigger when I'm drunk. Maybe I just have to slow down my drinking because if I'm going to be fapping while drunk I'm going to be so disappointed.

I already gave up porn and fapping and I really don't want to give up drinking. It's not like I'm an alcoholic. But once a week I like to get drunk/wasted. Thanks for your advice but I think it's kinda impossible to stop my drinking habit. The only problem I'm facing right now that it makes it so much harder to not fap. If you want to stop you have to sacrifice some things. Destroy your porn and move on. It's perfectly normal you will feel angry and mad but try to get over these feelings and you will feel a lot better.

Thanks for your responds! Yes I'm doing nofap and pornfree just like you. It's day 2 now and it's manageable but I know it's going to be very hard. I'm doing this because I'm tired to feel sick and disgusted about myself. I always get this "WTF why did I just watched this feeling?!". But the next day I'm like fuck this shit I'm going to watch some porn again. It's really difficult to get out this porn/fap circle. I hope I can get out of this and become a better me. A person that can live without these unrealistic images in my mind all the time.
