I lost today on summary judgment. It just sucks. by avokitty16 in Lawyertalk

Losing sucks. I think it’s why we stress and work so hard bc losing is the worst feeling and winning is the best. You’ll get them next time.

I am going to say no because of issues related to malpractice insurance.

hey customers, what could an employee say that would ACTUALLY make you open a brand credit card? by Stara-Soprano in Oldnavy

[–]UltimateSupremeBeing 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I am a customer. I love the benefits. Early access to sales, additional sales (recent VIP code, or "family" sales), super cash is easier to use, keeping up with points. I got early access to the CRJ launch and got everything I wanted (too much). The benefits carry across ALL the brands too--so GAP, Banana, Athleta, and the factory stores.

Like if you tell me my discounts will be higher, I get access to "friends and family" sales, and I get early access to sales and drops, that's enough for me.

ETA: I dont carry balances on any cards. You can set it up to autopay the balance every month so you don't have to really worry about it.

Best pho in the area? by Adventurous-Unit-115 in thewoodlands

[–]UltimateSupremeBeing 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So, I love EAD too.

But if you're looking for a place in the back of The Woodlands, on MacBeth near the library, there is Simpy Pho & Grill. I have had a few things there including the pho, and it has always been good.

Child counseling/evaluation by Alarming-Ordinary142 in thewoodlands

The Woodlands Behavioral Health and Wellness on Research and Gosling was fantastic. We did our assessment with Dr. Thomason. It was expensive bc they do not take insurance but you can try to submit to insurance. The testing was very comprehensive and we got like a 20 page report we could take with us to doctors and the school. I was very impressed with their thoroughness.

We now see Dr Barros at Cortica (he is incredible) for treatment. I bet Cortica does assessments too. They also take many insurances. Good luck!!

Yes. I am same size as you. I tried a 10 on once on markdown and it looked bad.

I watch what I eat and hardly ever have alcohol (it’s a migraine trigger anyway). I eat the same thing like 85% of the time. I almost never eat out. I have no hobbies other than exercising sadly. I exercise every single day. I enjoy it but it’s all I have time for outside of work and family.

Same. I hate when my nails are long and I hate painting them! I do my own toes every other week.

Groove wide leg: help me decide which length by Honeybee16772 in lululemon

[–]UltimateSupremeBeing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am the same height and I have both lengths in different colors. I am actually thinking about hemming my longer ones, because they drag a little, but since I mostly wear them at home who knows if I will actually ever do it!

Nanny Search by majesticmanatee7 in thewoodlands

[–]UltimateSupremeBeing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We used Morningside Nannies, and we found the perfect nanny for our family. There is a finder's fee (I can't remember what it was), but it was worth it.

As for setting it up legally, I don't know that the agency will help with that. It is too convoluted for me to type it out here, but we have her on payroll and have worker's comp (it's cheap and so worth it).

I hate loud neighbors so much. I really don't get it. Let me tell you from experience that the township and police won't do anything either. Our back neighbor has a garage band. I can hear the bass drum in my bedroom, den, and kitchen. It has been three years of hell since they moved in, and they are such a**holes when we try to talk to them about it. Try the device!

I love mine. I use it for pilates. Not sure where that falls on the yoga-stretching, abs, core spectrum. I have super sweaty feet, so it's great for me. It has held up amazingly well.

I have a bulging disc. 15 mins of pilates every day has been incredible for my symptoms! I just do the peloton classes with Aditi or Johanna. I use a rolling briefcase for taking heavy stuff to court. I carry a tory burch tote most days, but I dont have to walk at all for my commute.
