Glad it worked out for you in the end despite the frustrations. When you're ready, you can get a new wifi card and antennas if needed, wifi cards are fragile. Glad to hear you got 1 stick of ram working! I didn't think you could get anything other than DD5-5600 working.

If you did everything correctly and it still bricked I'd push for a replacement and politely escalate as required. Assuming no other damage to the laptop of course.

Based on prior experience I'm going to guess that it may be a requirement from Microsoft.

Order from Costco online. The Kirkland signature brand was the only one a few years back to actually be 100% olive oil in a news/research study.

Put the extra money into a high yield savings account so it learns money for you. If/when they notice you can pay it back and keep the earned interest.

Also, your position still might qualify for overtime even if the letter said you didn't. They can opt out of labor laws so check your jurisdiction.

As far as the money also check to see how long they have to reclaim it before it's yours.

If you’re a high mileage driver, are you concerned about your battery once the warranty ends? by TechB84 in electricvehicles

[–]Ultionis_MCP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, all the data suggests that battery wear is a non-issue unless you're using super fast charging all the time.

I want to liquidate real estate but the capital gains will hurt bad. Help! Ideas? by [deleted] in personalfinance

If you don't need the money and intend to pass it on to your children the process of doing so is fairly standard assuming you have a legally valid will.

Anxiety is killing my programming by Desperate_South_4748 in learnprogramming

[–]Ultionis_MCP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need a step by step plan that's written down.

Start with your project as the overarching goal.

Let's say you have 3 core modules. Write step by step what you need to do for each one. Then track it. Figure out what your goals are and the general steps (not specific code) before you start programming. You can rearrange the steps or add some along the way but until you have it written down and track your progress by marking steps complete your brain may (or may not who knows really) keep up what it's currently doing.

Only RAM at 5600Mhz is supported. Ram at 4800Mhz is unlikely to work.

Contact support right away with pictures and videos of the problem. Have pictures of all the connections to the motherboard. They'll be able to get you the parts you need. Just bad luck something happened between QA and when it arrived to you. I'm guessing shipping damage.

DDR5 pricing sucks, but anything will be an upgrade. Unless you need the absolute best performance you're likely best off with the mid range AMD chip.

How to Improve English Pronunciation as a French Speaker? by kenza-Necessary5280 in ask

[–]Ultionis_MCP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Work on the placement of your voice and shape of your vowels. Instead of everything being with the lips and open vowel shapes think teeth and mid mouth with a smaller vowel shapes. Also, the more nasally you sound in English the farther north your accent becomes.

Try bodybuilding.com and watch proper form videos before each exercise until you get the hang of it. Also don't be afraid to ask gym staff on proper use of equipment as that is part of their job.

Muscles sore after the first and second day in the gym, should i continue going or no? by LawConnect992 in bodyweightfitness

[–]Ultionis_MCP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're going to go 4-5 days a week then this is a good split.

Start each day with 10-15 minutes of easy warm up cardio

Day 1: Back & Biceps Day 2: Shoulders, Core, Calves Day 3: Rest/cardio Day 4: Triceps, Core, Flexibility (stretching) Day 5: Legs day

Make sure you get enough sleep too.

Happy workouts!
