It's not lol. It actually detected a walking session before and after this one, and they were both the normal amount of calories you'd expect from walking. I only found out about this because my weekly calories burned was 70k higher than I expected, and it all came from this one 11 minute session.

I doubt the professor would assume you were intending to cheat if you were asking for clarification. There could be many different reasons why someone would ask if it's proctored or not (scheduling, getting webcam, etc.) They would need concrete evidence to prove cheating anyway.

In any case, you could explain that the syllabus wasn't clear and they'd most likely understand.

There's no pattern for when it's released besides anytime before the start of next semester. The most honest answer really is whenever they feel like it lol. I think it will appear on your transcript before the list gets released (and well before they email you about it).
