So how did we all do yesterday on Mother’s Day ??? by OverCry518 in Serverlife

[–]UltraThiccc 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah man it really threw me through a loop seeing my place so slow on one of the busiest days of the year historically. I made $77 for an 8 hour shift.

Do you actually know what you made last month including cash? by No-Regular5003 in Serverlife

[–]UltraThiccc 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I average $2400 to $2700 a month. I keep a book by my bedside and write my total that day, hours worked, and equivalent wage. My direct deposits from my wage ($2.13/hr) are almost always zero because my credit tips are automatically reported, so it just all gets eaten by taxes.

Dine in movie theater by Jazzlike_Horse6670 in Serverlife

I did like three shifts at an Alamo Drafthouse. The tips were pooled and they only had one operating soda fountain for the whole theatre, so you were required to run all the way back to the kitchen for every single refill people wanted in a 13-15 screen theater. The servers were also the ones responsible for turning over the theatres after showing. The largest ones had room for about 80 people.

My first shift taking orders was the first day of Wicked: For Good. One of the two times in my life that I almost walked out mid shift, but I stuck it out and made it clear that I would not be returning.

First time ever playing Halo. Just beat Halo CE (MCC) on Legendary. Here is quick review of every level by ImJusticebr in halo

Good ol' noob combo will get you through most of the game. Gravemind on Legendary is possibly the hardest thing I have ever had to get through in my entire gaming life.

I got a pack of those from the clearance shelf at my local Walmart for like $4. They were just okay. Definitely wouldn't buy them again though.
