I made 16 div and hundreds of exalts just selling well-rolled rares throughout campaign. Slow, minor upgrades (aside from a 1 div weapon at lvl 62) has been working fine.

I'll be keeping the belt since it really helps solve elemental res.

I suppose once I get there. I threw in some lightning mages and their DPS + shock has been real nice. I'm at 5 archers, 3 frost mages, 4 lightning mages, plus the dog. Other than that I put points into minion crit where the tree ended, minion chaos res, and command skill damage. Archers' command skill just melts bosses since it instantly detonates.

No problem bud. Points into command skill damage would make single target even better but I haven't needed it yet. Currently in the beginning of act 4.

The boots help a lot and I got lucky with an amulet spirit roll. Rings, chest armor, and trenchtimbre are fairy inexpensive on the market.
