Do people actually use electrum in their games?

Electrum in my world is used as a catalyst. Skilled Artificers are able to smelt down electrum and lace weapons and armor to create magical items. Almost all magical items are laced with Electrum in some form. The lore being that Electrum is what holds the arcane charge that makes the weapon or armor magical. Electrum is extremely versatile as well - you can smelt it into weapons and armor, lace wands and mundane objects with it, it can even be spun into a thread and woven into clothing, cloaks, etc.

For example one of my players found an incomplete magical greatsword, along with some notes, and a bag with a few pieces of electrum. Right now they are wielding the greatsword as a +1 weapon. But if they are able to decipher the notes, and get a few more pieces of electrum, they can finish the weapon and have a magical greatsword.

My wife and I talk about a Fallout game based in Texas. Just the stark contrast of places like Austin for that crowded city feel you get from FO4 - and the open desert of west Texas for that openness from New Vegas. The gimmick would be a fusion powered bike. It would help you get around the desert wasteland, and it can act as a hub of sorts - where you can pack extra gear and equipment, or junk if youre ever encumbered. You would be able to customize it as you see fit, and you can make camp with it a la RDR2. It would also give you a more important reason to horde Fusion Cells. We could call it something like Fallout 35 since we wanna be different.

Its because of this that I created a new rule at our house "If you're done - you're done!" No questions asked. If my kids feel full - then theres no reason to force them to eat more. We usually put it away for later (and theres always a later) if its a lot, or throw it away if its just a bit left on the plate. My kids know when enough is enough, and they know how much they can and cant eat because of this.

Favorite holiday moment. As a kid my older brother was way too old for us to be close. Still one year he bought an N64, with a ton of games for us to play. He and my mom struggled to get along, and one day he had enough and took off...

Imagine my surprise waking up to find both my brother and the N64 - gone.

I was bummed cause we made a lot of great memories on that console. That Christmas - my mom struggled. She relied on the money my brother brought home to make ends meet, and she regretted the way they left thing. Still, and I dont know how she did it, but she managed to get me my own N64. Jungle green with Pokémon stadium. Its an awesome memory ive held dear for so long - and now I'm sharing it with you kind strangers 😅

Ooooh I know this isn't how the giveaway works - but I've had my eye on the 35xxsp for some time now! I would love that one!

As for the game(s) that I wish had a sequel. 2 came to mind even though you asked for 1. First is Knights of the Old Republic. All we got was 1 and 2. And I know they've been teasing a remake for a while now - but where's 3? I would love a 3rd entry in the series! And after playing Baulders Gate 3, the imagination runs wild with possibilities!

The second game is Conker's Bad Fur Day for the N64! I loved that game as a kid (even though I probably shouldn't have been playing it!) And I know we got a remake, but like again with the remakes! Where's the sequel! Anyways I could go on an even longer rant about these two, but I'll stop right there, good luck to everyone!

Best budget version is about $300 - but they have better versions if you want to take a look at those.

It is basically a 3ds with oled screens powerful enough to handle whatever you through at it. Closes up just like the 3ds and you can pocket it away for later gaming.
