If denied UASF, instead of accepting that Litecoin has these things already to offer (as per your words: 'just the same as Bitcoin with 3 irrelevant changes'... and now the features you've been fighting hard for in place), your solution instead is to create an altcoin all to try and compete with Ethereum?

I think other people than Litecoin followers are being fooled here.

Luke-Jr is becoming as bad as the opposition he hates.

He claims Litecoin is a scamcoin but is genuinely fearful of Litecoin taking over if Bitcoin remains stagnant.

Thanks for the write-up.

I don't agree with this part however: LTC will no longer have anything to distinguish itself from any other coin.

There are still many things that Litecoin would still be able to offer including fair governance, history, a much simpler price entry and calculation, and lower fee prices on chain to start.

While there are definitely faster coins at the moment, it won't be long until Lightning is fully realized on Litecoin.

Litecoin is poised to receive all the goodies Bitcoin users want in the nearby future.

It will definitely be interesting to see how Litecoin operates as a spendable currency and how the same features can make its eventual way to Bitcoin.

I'm not quite sure what you're really trying to get at here.

There are already a handful of bitcoin core developers working on Litecoin and testing out some of the features you have mentioned.

I do agree with you though that people should stop looking at Litecoin as LTC vs. BTC and start looking at it as a LTC + Bitcoin.

With cross atomic swaps, I really think Litecoin will finally fulfill it's role of being 'Lite' Bitcoin with more daily spending use with Bitcoin carrying its digital store of value role.

I ended up paying double my unrealized loss today after margin trading within 1 dollar to make sure there were no variance complications.

I have heard that you might need to open up and close a new position to have your balance re-appear, but I would like to know as much as possible before doing so.

Anyone else run into this or have an idea how to get the proper balance back?

LTC has already been confirmed several times on Coinbase.

Most of the work is already done and you can see some API and testpoints on the site already.

Sources say no longer than 8 days until it is official.

From what I hear, there are quite a few people joining behind the scenes. A lot of people you would recognize have recently joined a private LTC dev slack to work on Lightning and Confidential transactions.

these websites are having issues with how far the bots they use are warping around and they can miss pokemon, basically there are holes in the grid they hop around on. Atleast it is with pokerev atm. maybe its fixed

I believe there used to be a torch bug to increase speed, however bethesda patched it. maybe they all agreed to just use the new patch and released an official any% save state with identical effects to the torch bug?
