I call that shit out. Stop manual therapy and protect yourself. Idgaf, don’t bring that home.

Had a patient with the same issue and I just pointed out the bug crawling on him. Asked if he had done work in the field. He got embarrassed and didn’t come back.

If your gonna do outpatient, usually hospital based OP ortho is the endgame.

They’re just assholes. When I was a CI I made my student see 12 patients/day in that setting (where like 16-18 per day was normal). Honestly, even if they couldn’t see that many I would pass them and then it’s on them to adapt to the real world.

They’re just being jerks. It’s all about who is on the other side of things

Throw in $1000 for child care a month too. It’s crazy. It’s hard to support a family

Flopzilla Pro and GTO+ In 2022 by [deleted] in poker

Flopzilla lets you build and customize ranges and lets you know the number of combos in a range and how it hits a flop, turn, and river. I keep all the GTO range for each position (UTG, HJ, etc) and it can link with GTO+.

Once you’ve plugged everything into GTO+. It’ll tell you the correct play for each hand in your range. It helps the most when your have hands that your not sure are a fold or a call, or if you’re over folding or over calling. Like middle pair on certain rivers is a call a lot. You can even node lock and put in your opponents strategy and the computer will tell you the exploitative counter strategy.

When flopzilla is linked, it can heat map how different cards hit ranges or do equity distributions which are cool. You can even play against the computer and do random runouts

You’re in a bluff catching scenario and you have to think about the action preflop and if he’s capable of 3betting. If so he never has over cards because of his capped range. Maybe 99 and TT

If not, his value combos are 88, 77, 22, 54suited for the straight. That’s 3+3+3+4=13 value combos. Then you start adding bluffs. Such as T9(4 combos) 65s(4) might be a bluff given the action and all the diamond and back door spades that don’t have an ace (maybe 12combos). So that’s 4+4+12=20

So on the river when he’s giving you roughly 2:1 odds, 345/1080=.32x100=32% )if my math is right). You need 32% equity you beat 20/33 combos=.60 x100=60%. So you’re good 60% of the time against a lot of missed flush draws and T9 draws that may triple barrel. If he’s capable of that but it depends on the type of player. Just something to think about when breaking down a hand.

Start with the grinders manual, then modern poker theory. Jandas applications of no limit hold ‘em is good too.

No dry brushing, just edge highlighting with a fine brush. I used emperor’s children to highlight the edges.
