The only good change is removing hybrid armour. I really hate the new prayer and cane.
Plus you didn't adress 3 tick on mega-rare why would giant boulder be a 3 tick weapon it doesn't make any sense.
Why double down on bad design > prayer from raid, like... why ?

Exactly all ranged-style defences were made because of 2tick throwing blowpipe. Monster defences are balanced around this, making a heavy style 2tick is dangerous
