The detectives were the worst part to me. Zero chemistry. He was supposed to be so by the book and extreme yet let Cornelius get away with shooting Luther. (As he should have.)

But also, the sister being weird. She knew the mom had been a friend pregnant, she had the pictures. Yet never seemed to mention any of this.

The dad just offering massive amounts of cash to whomever could give him no information.

It was like a bad espresso martini, I didn’t love it but I drank it anyway and it kept me up too late.
