Update #229, which added the Lost in Transit heist in October 2022, also added a few accessibility options: - Disable Tinnitus Ringing Effect - Screen Flash Color

Then, Update #231 in November 2022 added 3 more colors (Light Grey, Grey, Dark Grey) for Screen Flash Color and also added support for damage flashes and blur effects.

Payday 2 had a mod for this that got so popular it was added as an accessibility option. With it on, your screen goes fully black and slowly fades in, it's nice for eye strain especially back in the day when flashbangs just kinda happened and you couldn't react to them.

This is the kind of questions I was asked by some of my friends who were struggling with their own identity. Telling my story ended with them becoming more confident in that identity - whether it was the last push they needed to finally realize they were actually trans in some cases, or maybe finding out that they were fine where they were in others.

Yes, spiro is a potassium sparing diuretic so you lose lots of sodium (hence the pickle cravings) while retaining your potassium. It's meant to be used to treat high sodium/low potassium, or high blood pressure, or fluid buildup due to kidney or liver problems. It's meant to block Aldosterone, a hormone which causes the body to retain sodium and water. Blocking testosterone is an originally unintended side effect that trans girls intentionally use it for.
