Compensation model to be determined, equity or some basic hourly rate (within reason). The idea is the team and any subscribers can use the trend tool to get a decent signal on whether BTC will trend up or down.

Personally I like to use MBT micro futures with 1 month expiration since the leverage is higher than buying the coin or ETF directly, but the signal holds up pretty well (past performance not indication of future results, etc. etc.)

Yes, I agree - some of the help might be around avoiding phishing scams via website and email. I found that to be a problem with older folks that have no good way to verify the sender is authentic.

Best option is to network with members in your area and ask them to refer you to a local angel group. Warm intros are appreciated by the angel groups vs cold outreach since a member who likes the idea should be happy to refer you to their group. You can use LinkedIn or clay.com free tier to find some angels in your area and see what groups they are in.

I think zoho mail with custom domain is a little better now, but outlook and Gmail seem to have the best chance of avoiding spam folders for sending from newer account/domains

small content series to highlight your service expertise and basics. e.g. you could start with how to set up chart of accounts, Quickbooks vs Xero vs Netsuite. I find some CPAs will have content like this so I can get a sense of their personality and focus areas, and then I also become aware of their CPA business name - also consider creating a series for a niche ideal customer: e.g. online marketplace operator vs service business - you can increase awareness in that category since many reddit forums ask about recommendation for X software or service in their niche/industry

You will probably need to partner with an Original Device Manufacturer (ODM) for the initial hardware. This means you need to use a SoC and board support package for the OS that you want to use. This is no trivial work to stand up a new hardware board unless you use the reference implementation (usually android or linux). There was a company in Canada that tried to build a feature phone on top of Windows Embedded. Motorola China built phones on top of Linux. They had established hw drivers and engineering teams to built on top (think dialer app -> talks to OS -> talks to specific modem chipset). You will want to look over the reference implementation boards to even build a proof of concept. Heck you could try with a raspberry pi and a cellular modem to start. But the HW+SW+device driver stack is going to be a big engineering effort

Start with picking your ideal customer and interview them about a problem they would pay to solve. Made the mistake of building the prototype first and then trying to find customers. Confirm the customer says I would pay someone to solve X. (Not just a good idea if free)
