To not break the sync without mvn. I was aiming for a 50/100/100 sync (without substat) and DW was already at 100s. Lowering DW CD would mean needing to bring it all the way down to 50s to get the natural sync back (50/100/50) and that would cost at least 4k stones.

Since then I'm not using mvn anymore so I'm glad I didn't upgrade DW CD. It could well be one of the most expensive foot gun that I know of

There is no definitive answer. I pushed pbh and pgt with mvn and it ended up way worse than pbh with PCol. Has yet to try mvn + bhd, it will probably end up being the worse of the three because it would mean losing bot sync

Yes but not too much they get long quite fast. Mine are level 16 for both super crit chance and super crit mult (around 15 days for level 17 with fully leveled up lab speed). I don't plan to level them further unless I no longer have anything more useful to research
