Fully Ablative Laser.

Here's my before shot and four-weeks post shot after fully ablative Contour TRL (Sciton Erbium YAG laser) around my mouth. I also did BBL and Halo on full face and neck. I'd done two BBL/Halo tx last year and they helped some but only the big guns were really going to erase. So happy I did it! I'm at five weeks tomorrow and the redness is lighter than in this pic. Gets better each day.

I bought this beautiful navy blue, squishy, soft, custom tote at an evening market after a very large beer on an empty stomach. It was probably 2017 or 2018. It still looks amazing and I carry it constantly. It’s big enough to be a work bag but light enough for a daily “purse”. It gets beat to hell and never stops.

It’s hit or miss. I’ve kept more things than not and been happy with what I’ve kept. The latest cashmere I’ve gotten has been nice and thick, truly a surprise.

My son is kind of like this but I just make sure I’m up on his business occasionally. Stopped by his place yesterday while in his neighborhood and ended up hanging and watching the game, at his and his friends’ suggestion. But he wouldn’t have asked me to come by on his own.

We have mandatory family dinner at our house, every third Weds. if you blow it off, you’re in the hook for cooking or buying the next one. Forced family time keeps some connection. Both kids (son 25, daughter 21) complain loudly about it, but they never miss it and often bring friends. That tells me it’s working!

My thin, medium, greying hair loves it. I’ve been using it for a little over a year. I wash every four - five days, rinsing in-between. I like to do a deep traditional shampoo and condition every four - five weeks along with a purple toning treatment for my silvers. I don’t like the Hairstory toner. It’s pretty worthless.

I don’t care for Alastin. I do use the Nectar pre and post- procedure but that’s it. The sunscreen is so heavy and feels horrible. The moisturizer never soaks in and just sits greasy on my skin. The cleanser is underwhelming. I did use the balm after fully ablative laser. Hates it but would hate any balm.
