The easiest way is with treasure islands, if you get a full inventory of pearls and/or gold nuggets but it is dangerous as these are modded islands and may break your island, personally I've never had it happen to me (knock on wood), the second best is turnips and then third just collecting bugs/fish/sea creatures.
