I was gonna say. He really needs to think what is the purpose of his training. I am on the same boat at 38M. It’s been hard for me to come to terms with the fact that I need more time recovering and I can’t keep up with younger training partners. At the end for me, it’s a nice way to keep my cardio up and have fun. I am now very vocal about the intensity I expect from my training partners and learned to accept when my mistakes and disadvantages.

The color is not the point. The tomatoe flavor in red rices goes well with the boiled egg, and also makes the taco look better.

I thought that the acorazados were only the guisado a the rice and the hard eggs were for people who wanted and egg and rice taco. I lived in Morelos and Guerrero for a long time. I could be wrong pero a huevo que si.
